For the price we paid, the value at this hotel was great. Our room was excellent and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance.
The morning meal could be improved with some more variety of options.

Super helpful and friendly staff - the manager, reception, even the cook. Spacious room, comfortable and huge beds. Extensive cable tv channels. Fast internet, although Wi-Fi can be down during the thunder storm.
Rooms facing the street can be noisy but things got quiet after around mid-night and the street comes to live again around 6 in the morning.

The location is very good. We can get to the Hoan Kiem lake in 2 or 3 minutes on foot. And also we can easily get to many markets "Pho Co".The hotel was so nice and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs are kind and friendly. We can ask them everything we need during our stay . As to other services, we can reserve a sightseeing tours to Halong or any where at the Hotel. Everything was reasonable for us. We were satisfied with these services. Would definitely recommend this place.

The rooms at Asia Palace Hotel were cozy and comfortable with air conditioning. I loved the free WiFi, it was great for staying connected. The rooms also had safes, which made me feel secure as a budget traveler. I enjoyed watching cable TV and making tea/coffee in the room.
The only thing I didn't love was the showers in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

The hotel is quiet and clean , in the center of the town.Very good for one night.
There is no elevator ( fourth floor....) .The single room has no window with a view . Breakfast is a disorderly affair. Pay the bill in dollar ,rate of exchange was bad.

The hotel is just outside the old quarter - only 2 minutes walk. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was so big, you could get lost in it.Our room had a big balcony overlooking the tree-lined street. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
There is no elevator, but honestly, there is physically no space for one. This is quite normal for Hanoi hotels, and the staff carried our bags for us.

The staff, especially Chris, were super cool and helped us plan awesome adventures to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. The hotel offers kickass tours and even arranged a motorcycle ride to the night market. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a teenage squad like ours. We had a blast exploring the Old Quarter and partying like there's no tomorrow!
The only thing we wished for was a happening rooftop bar or a cool hangout spot where we could meet and mingle with other young party-goers. A place to chill and enjoy some sick beats would have taken the party vibes to the next level.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. They booked us a tour which was excellent. The room was great for the price and included breakfast which was good.
Our wake up call didn't eventuate, although it wasn't a problem as we were up anyway.

We stayed there for two nights and had a lovely spacious decorative room with all mod cons and a great shower. We had a window looking onto the street below but there was no noise as it was double glazed and had shutters outside as well so it was very quiet. Great location too - close to the lake. Breakfast was fine, eggs cooked to order and a few other savoury and sweet selections that changed daily, or more traditional noodle soups cooked by the attendant chef. All of the staff were very friendly and professional with good english and lots of good advice. I had booked our Halong Bay cruise with Mr Patrick by email before we arrived which saved some hassle. The staff went out of their way to help us out in any way they could which was much appreciated, including phoning a restaurant one night to make sure they stayed open for us. Only minus point - On our return from Halong Bay we had booked a "Luxury" room which turned out to be not much bigger than the Deluxe room we had previously, but it didnt have a proper window to outside, but onto the stairwell. There was a lot of noise downstairs that night which travelled up the stairwell until midnight which was disappointing. Therefore I wouldnt bother paying the extra for this room as the Deluxe room was actually better. Despite this anomaly, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, stylish rooms, cleanliness, good value and great location.

We loved our stay in this hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the bustling streets and visit nearby attractions such as the lake and night market. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the discounted airport transfer service provided by the hotel.
The wifi was occasionally unreliable during our stay.

we felt very fantastic with our stay at Asia Palace hotel Hanoi. the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful and arranged all our travel in the region. Their recommendations of good eating places nearby ensured we ate some very good food. The room was large, quiet and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows the best we had in any hotel ensuring a great nights sleep. The location is good near the lake and easy walking to attractive places of the city We really enjoyed our stay here and especially appreciated the genuine friendly service. We will definitely return and will tell all our friends to stay there.
The restaurant a little bit narrow but okay not a trouble.

I want to thank all staff at Asia Palace Hotel firstly for their help very much. I have had a great stay, in a very comfortable , cozy , and clean room. My room was on the 3rd floor and with big window, space, quiet. I have extended my stay for one more night before leaving for Hue, and they gave me another wonderful room which was larger and very more beautiful too, I had a good view from a room on the 3rd floor.Hotel is located in a part of old street which is closed to the lake, and shopping streets, markets, I didn't spend much time to find the streets with a map of hotel. Breakfast was healthy, and fresh, although they should have served more.
A little noise on street but very normal in Hanoi

A charming hotel with traditional decor; I felt like I stepped into a cultural time warp. The gift shop was a delightful surprise, just in case I needed souvenirs in the middle of the night.
I mean, who needs entertainment when you can just stare at the walls?

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Despite the rough start the owners son did appologies for the false advertising.
That after prebooking with bookings.com when we got to the hotel there was no room for us as they said a couple had a sick child and couldn't vacate that morning. They tried to put us in the hotel next door but this was a lie as other travelers were being fed the same story. After fighting for our room for over an hour there was miraculously no sick child anymore. Also the amenities as published are false as the most expensive room we booked did not come with washing machine, fax, walk in closet, DVD player, ironing facilities, bathrobe or fruit platter as promised. The street noise is quite a problem.

Nice big rooms and friendly staff
Booked and confirmed airport pickup did not show up. Called the hotel after waiting 30 minutes... The staff there told us that they forgot to send the driver to the airport...
